Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Meloryn handles information when you use the Meloryn website, mobile app, and related music creation features.

Information We Collect

We collect the information you provide to create and use an account, including your username, password, language preference, and basic account details. Passwords are stored securely and are not kept in plain text.

When you use Meloryn, we may store your prompts, lyrics, song details, generated songs, library items, creation history, and status information linked to your account.

We may also keep the records needed to manage access, purchases, ad-based access, notifications, and service operations.

Information You Should Not Submit

Unless a feature clearly requires it, please do not submit payment card numbers, government identification numbers, private credentials, or highly sensitive personal information about yourself or anyone else through prompts, lyrics, titles, descriptions, or other content fields.

If you choose to include personal or sensitive information in submitted content, that information may be processed, stored, logged, and shared with the service providers involved in fulfilling your request.

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate you, create and store songs, run lyrics, karaoke, and mashup jobs, enforce usage limits and download rules, sync your library, and deliver task updates.

We also use operational data to diagnose failures, prevent abuse, measure performance, localize the experience, and respond to account, billing, or support issues.

Service Providers and Sharing

Meloryn relies on third-party service providers to support features such as song creation, subscription and payment handling, advertising flows, notifications, analytics, and media storage.

These providers may receive the information reasonably needed to support the relevant feature, and each provider applies its own terms, privacy practices, and retention rules.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the independent privacy, security, availability, or retention practices of third-party services.

Usage Data, Notifications, and Ads

We may use usage and diagnostic information to understand how the service is performing, improve the experience, and investigate problems.

If you enable notifications, we may keep the information needed to send you service updates in your preferred language.

If you use ad-supported access, we may keep the records needed to confirm eligibility and apply the related access.

Billing and Payments

Paid subscriptions are handled through the payment channel shown at purchase. We do not store your full payment card number.

We may keep limited subscription and transaction records needed to unlock access, verify purchases, handle support, and maintain audit records.

Local Device Storage

The mobile app may store certain information on your device, such as sign-in state, language preference, and app settings, so the experience can continue between launches.

Removing the app or clearing app storage may delete this local data from your device, but it does not automatically remove server-side records.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the service and the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention and Deletion

We keep data for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain your library, investigate issues, enforce product rules, and preserve necessary business or audit records.

If you delete your account, we attempt to remove core account and content records from our systems. Some information may remain where needed for billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, audits, analytics, or records held by service providers.

Legal Requests and Protection

We may preserve, use, or disclose information if we reasonably believe it is necessary to enforce our Terms, investigate fraud, protect the service, respond to claims, or comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request.

Your Choices and Policy Changes

You can manage certain information through the app, including deleting your account, changing language preferences, and controlling device notification permissions. Subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled by the billing platform you used at purchase.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date.
